STUDENT HOUSING RESOURCES

Students attending Cornell Tech full-time will have the opportunity to apply for our on-campus housing facility – The House. For more information on housing options and FAQs, please visit the The House website.

To apply:

  • Students must confirm their enrollment with Cornell Tech and submit their deposit.
  • Students will need to have an activated NETID. To activate NETIDs, students will receive email instructions 24-48 hours after submitting their deposit. For more details on NETID, visit the Activate Your NETID website.

Although we intend to offer housing for all programs, on-campus housing cannot be guaranteed and therefore it is also recommended that you seek off-campus housing options.

For off-campus housing options, see our resource guide.

Applications will open on the first week of April for all students.

Cornell Tech Disability-Related Housing Information

If you require accessible housing for a disability-related reason, you must register with Student Disability Services (SDS).

Once approved by SDS for disability/medical housing, the Cornell Tech Housing Office will collaborate with SDS to provide housing that meets your needs.

Please note that seasonal allergies are not considered a disability.
