All incoming Cornell Tech master’s students must submit official copies of university academic records or transcripts from all previously attended universities to Cornell Tech prior to matriculation.
For international students, if you have submitted an official evaluation from WES, Spantran, or ECE, you do not have to submit the report again. If the evaluation was not official (a student copy) an official report or official transcripts must be submitted.
To be considered official, the required documents must be received directly from the issuing institution and properly authenticated with final grades and the degree that was awarded. If your academic records do not state your degree-conferral date, you must also provide an official copy of your degree certificate.
If your academic records are not in English, you must provide an official English translation in addition to your official academic records.
Official electronic transcripts (preferred) must be e-mailed to admissions@tech.cornell.edu.
Paper academic records must be mailed to:

If you have previously arranged for the delivery of your official transcript to Cornell Tech, please be advised that we are currently in the process of reviewing all submitted documents. It may take some time for these updates to be reflected in your status portal. You do not need to resend your transcript. Should any issues arise with the transcripts, we will contact you.
Please note that all documents sent to Cornell Tech/Cornell University become the property of Cornell Tech/Cornell University and cannot be returned.
